Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy
(Applicable only to orders placed on www.lookwithin.in)
At present, LookWithin DOES NOT offer refunds or returns.
So please place an order only when you have made up your mind and are 100% sure.
All eligible cases are resolved through product replacement only, as outlined above.
At LookWithin, every mirror is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. Since mirrors are fragile by nature, we follow a replacement-first policy to ensure fairness and product safety.
Replacement Eligibility
We offer replacements ONLY under the following circumstances:

You receive a product different from what was ordered

The product has a manufacturing defect

The product arrives damaged during transit
To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be considered, as the damage may have occurred post-delivery.
Condition for Replacement Approval
To process a replacement smoothly:

The product must be retained in its original packaging, including all foam, padding, and protective materials

Clear images must be shared showing:

The damaged or defective area

The complete product

Even if the product is broken, original packaging is mandatory for reverse pickup
Requests without original packaging may be declined, as safe transit cannot be ensured.
How to Raise a Replacement Request

Clear photographs of the issue

A brief description of the concern
Our quality team will review the request and respond within 1 week.
Replacement Process
Once approved:

A reverse pickup will be arranged from your address

Pickup typically takes 1-2 weeks Transit back to our facility may take 4–6 days

After inspection, a replacement of:

The same product, or
-
Another product of equal or lower value
will be dispatched

Important Notes

Products must be unused and in original condition

All accessories, manuals, tags, invoices, and labels must be included

You may be required to provide printed documents during reverse pickup

Replacement approval is subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order:

Please write to info@lookwithin.in

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever occurs first
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
