Shipping & Dispatch Information

Orders placed on www.lookwithin.in  are on pre-order basis. (We start making your mirror after you've placed the order) 
Hence the product will be dispatched and shipped in 2-4 weeks.

Once your order is processed, you will receive email or SMS updates confirming:

  • Successful order placement

  • Dispatch details with date and time

  • Estimated delivery window

We recommend checking your inbox (and spam folder, just in case) to stay updated on your shipment status.

Delivery Timelines

After dispatch, delivery generally takes 2–7 working days, depending on your location and logistics partner availability.
In rare cases, external factors such as weather conditions, regional restrictions, or courier delays may extend delivery timelines beyond the usual window.

While we always aim for timely delivery, these circumstances are beyond our direct control.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

  • Once an order leaves our fulfillment centre, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.

This policy helps us ensure safe handling and secure packaging of fragile products like mirrors.
